This rare crinoid is from the Edwardsville formation that occurs near Crawfordsville Indiana. The species is a Doricrinus gouldi, and it is 1 1/4 inch long with 2 1/4 inches of stem, this crinoid is one of the rarer species with the spines, the other crinoid is a Cyathocrinites harrodi. Paraceraurus exsul is a member of the Phacopida order of trilobites, family Cheiruridae. It's a very spiny trilobite, with very long spines that starts in the cephalon, extending to the middle of the thorax. The genal spines  of this specimen are totally on "flying" display.
